We are not “organizational consultants” in the traditional sense of that term. Without seeming unkind, we neither think nor work like them. We don’t presume to know the answers before we diagnose the symptoms of organizational stress, inefficiency, entitlement or low productivity.
We endeavour to form a collective intelligence with our clients to enable them to leverage their internal perspectives, resources and brainpower. Then we leave (we have no desire to replace existing partners or to get in the way of needed change should others be capable of implementing the desired solution).
